We all know the police department well, as it plays an important role in our domestic affairs, non-violence, pandemics, and in keeping the traffic smooth. The word “police”, P.O.L.I.C.E, formed with these six letters of English alphabets, which defines a lot and a policeman must have all these six qualities, only then its importance will be proved.

Politeness– It is a conduct that does no harm to others. This is a practical application of etiquette. Decency means to show affinity towards others in etiquette, speech and behavior. Humility can improve your relationships with others, will help build respect and camaraderie, increase your self-esteem and confidence and improve your communication skills. A policeman should be polite, whatever the situation.
Obedience – Obedience is a form of social influence in which a person has to follow explicit instructions or orders of an authority. Obedience is the backbone of the organization and provides stability to it. The best example of obedience is the army of the country, which also sacrifices life for the nation. This is the second and most important quality of a policeman.
Loyality- This is the third quality of a policeman, which is the way in which a mature and integrated mind behaves. Loyalty indicates undivided wholeness and shows richness. Loyalty is defined as giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution.
Intelligent- A policemen must be intelligent in many ways: the capacity for logic, understanding, self-awareness, learning, emotional knowledge, reasoning, planning, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. An intelligent person is one who is having or showing the ability to understand, learn and think.
Courageous- A policeman must be courageous, because it allows one to face extreme dangers and difficulties without fear. Courageous people believe in themselves. They know who they are and what they stand for. They have strong will, recognize their personal capabilities, and are confident in meeting the challenges that lie before them. Courageous people are passinate and purposeful.

Efficient– A policeman needs to be able to work well without making mistakes or wasting time and energy. Efficiency is the amount of divisions ordered from a task.
