The tragic plane crash of Air India in Kozhikode, Kerala, which killed 18 people including two pilots, is unfortunate. 127 people are in hospitals, others have been released.

An Air India flight from Dubai was trying to land in torrential rain with 190 people on board at tabletop runway at Calicut International Airport in Kozhikode on Friday and went 35 feet down a slope 35 feet at 7.41 p.m. At least 19 people died. The aircraft, a Boeing 737, broke into two. The Flight Commander Deepak V Sathe and Co-Pilot Akhilesh Kumar also lost their lives in this plane crash.
